1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "lock33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the lock33 platform and all associated services accessible at lock33.app.
• "Platform" means the lock33 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any other digital interface through which lock33 services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lock33 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered and maintained on the lock33 Platform.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a Player's Account, whether deposited, won, or credited by way of bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount awarded by lock33 under a specific promotional offer, which is subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before a withdrawal request may be processed in respect of those funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures that lock33 is required to conduct in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, virtual sports, live dealer games, slots, and any other wagering or gaming products made available via the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player protection instruments available within Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the lock33 Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the lock33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lock33. lock33 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. The current version is always available at lock33.app/terms-conditions.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on lock33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. lock33 is a strictly adult platform. No exceptions to this requirement will be made under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors may not register Accounts.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested permanent self-exclusion from lock33.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.

lock33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. lock33 further reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any registration information at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lock33 may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names or details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, lock33 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and may, at its discretion, void any wagers placed and withhold any Funds held therein pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lock33 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. lock33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify lock33 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. lock33 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

lock33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any Account at any time, including but not limited to verifying the source of deposited funds, confirming the identity of the Account holder, or reviewing betting patterns for compliance with these Terms.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lock33 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lock33 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which lock33 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: lock33 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected card payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time. lock33 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that you own and that has been previously used to make a deposit on your Account, or that has been verified by lock33.
• Any Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• lock33 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• lock33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may temporarily extend processing times.

lock33 does not accept deposits from, and will not process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to accounts or wallets registered in your own name.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the lock33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game or market.

lock33 reserves the right to void any bet or wager — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error, and lock33 can demonstrate that the error materially affected the odds offered.
• Where the bet is suspected to have been placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable specific game rules.
• Where the bet was placed on a market that was opened or settled in error.

All casino game outcomes on the lock33 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our licensed game providers, including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. lock33 does not control game outcomes and is not liable for outcomes perceived to be unfair by any Player, provided that the RNG systems have operated as certified.

lock33 reserves the right to set individual betting limits — minimum and maximum stake amounts — on any game, market, event, or Player Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

lock33 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant offer page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all lock33 promotions unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who hold a verified Account in good standing and are aged 21 or over.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full Wagering Requirement has been met.
• lock33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used once per Player, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or systematically hedging bonus bets — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential Account suspension.
• lock33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility for any promotion at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

lock33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its Players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. lock33 strongly encourages all Players to set personal limits and to make use of the Responsible Gaming Tools available within their Account settings at any time after lock33 Login.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Account holders free of charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total net losses you may incur.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the lock33 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. lock33 will void any wagers and withhold any winnings from a Player who is found to have gambled while under a self-exclusion order.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lock33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded or are listed on any third-party self-exclusion register.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by lock33.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lock33 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lock33 Platform — including but not limited to the lock33 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game content, data feeds, odds data, and promotional materials — is the property of lock33 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

lock33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, recreational gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written consent from lock33.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on Platform content.
• Use the lock33 name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of lock33 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lock33 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability, including maintenance windows and force majeure events.
• Technical failures affecting game outcomes, where the underlying RNG has been certified as operating correctly.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your lock33 Login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lock33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

lock33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

lock33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at lock33.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

lock33 is required to retain certain Account and transaction records for compliance, anti-money laundering, and licensing purposes. These records may be retained for a period of up to seven (7) years following Account closure. Details of the data we collect, the lawful basis for processing, your data subject rights, and how to exercise them are set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to Terms

lock33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, lock33 will provide reasonable notice to active Players — typically by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account — prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The date at which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain informed of the conditions that govern your use of lock33.

14 Termination and Suspension

lock33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or void any Funds associated with that Account — at its sole discretion and with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by lock33.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or sports integrity violations in connection with bets placed on the Account.
• Any regulatory, legal, or licensing requirement that necessitates the closure of Accounts from a particular jurisdiction.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting lock33 customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, lock33 will process any legitimate outstanding withdrawal of real-money Funds (i.e. non-bonus funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements) within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

Where lock33 closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms, lock33 is not obligated to return any Funds — including real-money Funds — that were used in connection with the prohibited conduct.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lock33 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, lock33 encourages Players to first contact our customer support team, as the majority of disputes can be resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings. lock33 operates a formal internal complaints procedure: complaints submitted in writing will receive a written response within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through lock33's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to the independent adjudication or alternative dispute resolution body specified under lock33's licence conditions. Details of the applicable adjudication body are available upon request from customer support.
